Raised Loft Boarding

We use the LOFT LEG raised boarding system for most of our lofts. These lightweight, durable and ultra strong legs are made using recycled plastic and avoids compressing any insulation. For new build properties we use XL Loft Legs, which are NHBC compliant and does not void your warranty.

Insulation

Building regulations state that the minimal loft insulation should be 270mm, however most new build homes now come with 400mm as standard. We can remove old & damp insulation if needed, reinstate or top up exisiting insulation to reach building regulations.
